There are a lot of changes to the ATF regulations and the National Firearms Act being talked about in the news and social medial these days. Please keep in mind that even though it sounds like these are accomplished changes in the laws, nothing has changed at this point.
*You still need to be 21 years of age to purchase a receiver, handgun or handgun ammunition (this includes an AR Pistols and AK Pistols).
*You still need a Tax Stamp for a suppressor, short barreled rifle (under16.25 inches) or machine gun.
*You still need to be careful about what states honor the SC Concealed Weapons Permit, since the ‘national constitutional carry act’ has not been made into law yet.
